Humphrey & Grace (also referred to as ‘us’, ‘we’, ‘our’, ‘Project 14 ltd t/as Humphrey & Grace’) is committed to respecting your privacy and personal information.

HOW WE USE PERSONAL DATA WE HOLD ABOUT YOU

- to contact you via email with updates and services we think may be of interest to you – you may opt out of these communications at any time via the unsubscribe button contained within them, or by contacting us to request your details be removed from our records
- we will use your order information to fulfil orders from our online shop for processing those orders, shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations

- to improve user experience on our website
- to notify you about any changes to our services

CHANGE OF PURPOSE

We do not sell, rent, trade, license or otherwise disclose your specific personal information or financial information to anyone other than to affiliates under Humphrey & Grace’s control, except that we sometimes use other platforms to perform specific functions on our behalf.

We partner with third parties such as Royal Mail, MyHermes, to ship products, to ensure delivery, and so that we can obtain feedback, improve the quality of our service, and measure and improve the quality of the service of the third party. We provide the third party personally identifiable information such as your name, shipping address, email, and phone number.

We have put in place reasonable and appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed.
RIGHTS OF ACCESS, CORRECTION, ERASURE, AND RESTRICTION
It is important that the personal data we hold about you is accurate and current. Should your personal information change, please notify us of any changes of which we need to be made aware by contacting us, using the contact details above.
YOUR RIGHTS IN CONNECTION WITH PERSONAL DATA

- Request the restriction of processing of your personal data. This enables you to ask us to suspend the processing of personal data about you, for example if you want us to establish its accuracy or the reason for processing it.
- Request the transfer of your personal data to you or another data controller if the processing is based on consent, carried out by automated means and this is technically feasible.
