I’m just popping in with a brief post about a workshop I am hosting in June. Emma Mitchell of Silver Pebble will be teaching us how to create pendants with silver clay using treasures both gathered and collected. You can read all about the workshop and process here.
It appeals to my gathering nature no end and that there is a little material something to preserve your collected treasures is just perfect! We will have a wander around my (slightly messy) garden and the field beyond as well as using beach finds and treasures. You will of course be able to bring along any small items you wish to take casts of too.
The workshop is taking place on the afternoon of Saturday 18th June in Eastbourne, East Sussex. We may well provide cake and endless tea…
To book please visit this page, the workshop is £85 and Emma estimates that you will have between 4 & 7 silver pendants to take home at the end of it. Below are a few examples of the kind of pieces you can expect to make, each made by a beginner during Emma’s previous workshops.
Magical stuff! I hope you’ll join us for this Silver Pebble Workshop.
