On photography basics – an e-Book

06.24.17

I am just popping in to share the first of my new, free, eBook’s. I have been working hard on them for a few months now and will be releasing more over the coming weeks, you may have heard me mention my plans for eCourses later this year? Well this is a forerunner to them and a taster of what will be involved.

I’m starting at the beginning with ‘on the basics for photography’ and through this and those to be released soon, will be looking at many aspects of photography. Such as how to take photos for use across social media and websites including shops and blogs. I’m really excited to get started and share them with you!

As I mention, I have a collection of photography based learning to begin with but would also love your input too! Is there anything in particular you would like to learn? Any of the posts in my Photograpy & Instagram category that you would like me to expand upon?

I’d also love your feedback, whatever you think, on my first eBook if you download it.

You can leave me a comment in the box below (don’t worry, your email address will not be passed on),  send me an email here or even message me on Instagram. I’m all ears!

You can find the beginnings of this new venture in the ‘LEARN‘ option in the menu bar above, I really hope you find them useful. Don’t forget to check back over the next few weeks, I’ve started very much at the beginning but there will be more to follow covering different areas.

I’m excited!

  1. I really enjoyed this download Julia, thanks for sharing it. I think it was shorter than I expected but that left me wanting more. As you’re self-taught I’d love to know more about how you taught yourself, so what resources you found most helpful, exercises you did etc. Looking forward to more of these books x

    1. Hi Jessica, thanks so much for your reply, that’s really helpful! And something I will definitely think about including along the line. It is short deliberately as I have several to release and I want them to be lunch-break sized reading, a little information at a time. I will also be releasing more in depth eCourses later this year covering the same topics in much more detail xx

    1. Thank you Skye! I’ve started very much at the beginning with the basics but have more to come looking at other topics to improve photography. Your photo’s are amazing already though!
